Job Description


    • Work with corporate clients and resolve their queries through multiple channels including calls and email
    • Acquire knowledge required to assist customer on all their enquiries
    • Ensure that the process productivity, quality and customer experience requirements are met in accordance with standards set
    • Work independently; complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per the process benchmarks.
  • Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated
  • Build ability to correctly understand customer requirements including urgency and take required steps to completion
