Job Description

• Should be able to solve TAC cases with no or minimum guidance
• Skilled to handle a complex and critical customer call
• Ability to analyze, configure and solve problems in large networks
• Engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve customer issues
• Provides consultation to independently tackle complex product and network problems
• Effectively utilizes complex lab setups to replicate customer reported issues
• Submit complete and correct defect reports when deemed fit
