Job Description

Responsibilities may include:
• Inward and outward of documents
• Handling phone calls from customers and diverting it to concerned personnel
• Monitoring logbook and taking care of visitors
• Facilitating trainings and meetings in office
• Local travel – cab arrangements for visitors
• Supporting with hotel bookings for visitors
• Handling of Stationery and related material
• Ensuring that the canteen is regularly stocked with required material
• Making general administrative expense reports
• Coordinating with various stakeholders for smooth running of the office
• General administrative work

Educational Qualification
BA / B. Com /BSc

Working Experience
Years in the field of administration

Desirable Skills
• The candidate needs to have basic experience on administrative work, as well as
knowledge working on computer/laptop.
• Fluency in English and Hindi
