Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, you will support the PMO Manager to meet the requirements of internal clients including understanding their reporting need or any data issue that they may face. You may also assist by providing necessary advisory support to help them understand the underlying meaning of certain data/report and prepare client deliverables:

  • Produce and deliver in a timely manner all general requests, including standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations under tight deadlines
  • Responsible for performing a combination of data analysis and visualization (70%) and business analysis (30%)
  • Perform various data analysis to understand different trends and patterns. Take pro-active steps in identifying issues and resolving them
  • Examine and evaluate purpose and context of business requests/reports to develop new, or improve existing format, use, and control
  • Reviews requests/reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report
  • Actively participate in different process improvement and re-engineering project initiatives to maintain high quality standards in all the deliverables. Identify system and process improvements opportunities and make recommendations
  • Responsible for performing quality review initiative for team deliverables
  • Draft high-quality internal communications and project deliverables – for example emails, PowerPoint decks
  • Work closely with other team members and cross functional team members across the network – for example in both in India and US



  • Must have combined 4-7 years of reporting & analytical work experience in the consulting, talent or financial domain and/or project management experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills and pragmatic attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and familiarity with Deloitte branding standards
  • Must be able to identify and differentiate queries and escalate through the appropriate channel
  • Must adhere to quality assurance and data protection guidelines
  • Must be able to manage risk and quality
  • Must be able to team with others
