Job Description

The Service Operations Center (SOC) Technician enables SRE activities by providing operational support to product teams and customers. Job duties include monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and alert analysis and creation.

Education:

Any Graduates/Post Graduates, BE, BTech, MCA, ME, MTech

Qualification:

Should be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.

Should have basic knowledge of Shell scripting or Python or dev ops tools or Monitoring tools(Zabbix, SCOM, Stathub).

Excellent communication skills in English (Both Verbal and Oral)

Knowledge of ITIL practices.
