Job Description
Provides 2nd level technical support of products to postproduction customers by resolving technical issues with customers and meeting SLA requirements. Responsible for customer ticket management, customer escalations and customer reporting; May implement additional customer services to generate additional revenue.
- Good hands-on work experience in Single view, Interconnect & Mediation Operations
- Experience of Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- ICT V 8.0 and above version hands on experience
- Financial Manager work experience
- WBMS Route work experience
- Able to update / edit /create invoices in financial manager
- Experience of Unix Shell Scripting
- Understanding on Mediation and its processes , preferably CSG Intermediate tool
- Should have good knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting.
- ICT end to end reference data flow and configuration knowledge.
- ICT error codes and error resolution
- Adhoc report preparation and supporting in existing report addition / modification.
- Experience of communication protocols (TCP/IP, Telnet, SSH, FTP etc.)
- Rate sheet loading, formatting and validation
- Understanding of reference table in ICT
- Dealing with daily extracts
- Flow of CDRs from IME to ICT, reconciliation
- Troubleshoot revenue, expense and margin related issues
- Understating of all out of the box reports from ICT
- Ability to develop algorithms, to develop code, to debug code, and to document.
- Available for international and domestic travel when needed
- Travel, after/off hours and extended on-site work will be required. Duration and extent of travel may vary per project. May also be required to be on call during non-standard work hours.Â
