Capstone Project Overview
Project Title: Salesforce CRM Solution
Objective:
Design and implement a CRM solution in Salesforce that manages customer data, tracks interactions, automates tasks, and provides insightful analytics.

Data modeling, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, API integration, reporting, and deployment.
Background:
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech/CSE preferred) and 2022 passing year onward.
Eligibility Criteria:

- Basic understanding of programming concepts and database management.
- Interest in learning Salesforce technologies and cloud computing.
