I recently secured a 6-month paid internship in the software domain at Publicis Sapient, and I am truly grateful for this life-changing opportunity. My journey became smoother when I got connected with GiftAbled. Their constant support and guidance gave me the confidence I needed, not only to prepare well but also to face interviews with clarity and a strong mindset.
During the interview process, I was asked questions on different concepts, and thanks to my hands-on project experience and the encouragement I received, I could confidently explain my work and problem-solving approach.

With all the learning, practice, and support, I successfully cleared the selection process and joined Publicis Sapient, Gurugram

My name is Lanke Shyam Kumar, and IT am a person with cerebral palsy. I come from Ibrahimpatnam, Andhra Pradesh. My journey has had many challenges, but I never stopped believing that I could build a good life through hard work.
I completed my B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and also hold a Diploma in EEE.
I worked as an Analyst at IT Company for five months, where I supported the Bloomberg project, resolving backend issues using SQL and Python. That experience gave me confidence and real-world exposure.
Getting placed at Capgemini is a very proud moment for me. It feels like a new beginning and a chance to grow in my career.
