I recently secured a 6-month paid internship in the software domain at Publicis Sapient, and I am truly grateful for this life-changing opportunity. My journey became smoother when I got connected with GiftAbled. Their constant support and guidance gave me the confidence I needed, not only to prepare well but also to face interviews with clarity and a strong mindset.
During the interview process, I was asked questions on different concepts, and thanks to my hands-on project experience and the encouragement I received, I could confidently explain my work and problem-solving approach.

My name is Pooja N, and I come from Mysore. I am deaf and have completed my M.Com. Life has not always been easy, but my parents stood by me through every challenge. They worked hard to teach me how to speak and always supported me, even though they didn’t learn sign language. Their biggest dream was to see me build a professional career.

When I first connected with GiftAbled, I was eager to strengthen my technical foundation and explore meaningful career opportunities. I enrolled in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) course, and that decision became the starting point of a remarkable learning and growth experience.
The course was not just about solving problems or writing code, it was about developing a structured way of thinking, improving problem-solving skills, and building the confidence to face challenges head-on. The Instructors were incredibly patient and supportive, ensuring that each concept was clearly understood and applied in practice. Step by step, I could see my skills sharpening and my confidence growing.

I received an opportunity to go through selection process with Publicis Sapient for the role of Intern. With all the learning, practice, and support, I successfully cleared the selection process and joined Publicis Sapient, Gurugram
